I'm sure there are many. The auto industry has lagged for decades. Of course, it depends on whether it's income, net worth or real estate that is the value. Maybe all three.

But I do recall a recent profile which stated that the richest enclave in the US bar none is in or around Silicon Valley. It's where Cypress CEO T.J. Rodgers lives with the other owner operators.

Actually, the richest square mile in the US is probably Bill Gate's house. That has to be the answer.
