I'll bit. Perhaps the market is right, but Winnick and Co have been growing this company by hook or whatever (stock issues, debt, converts) at an amazing rate and often in directions the analysts thought crazy. I have not digested the full crux of today's acquisition, but if GBLX now is able to offer highly secure VPN-like telephony among not only trading desks but all security conscious B2B players, I would think this a plus. Secure access over their international private glass highway could be a great way to win new e-com accounts and add additional high margin services to their current globecenter custoners. I would like to know more about the new acquistion's technology and why it could not have been replicated by other means.
