Thanks for the article William... As the world's second largest economy, when Japan sneezes, the rest of the world has a chance of getting the Flu... That part about having twice as much gov't debt as we do is scary... But, they do export more than they import... They have to find a way to turn that positive flow inward to stimulate their economy... One thing they could do is introduce Accelerated Depreciation for real estate... That would stimulate real estate investment and banking activities... That was part of the stimulus for our own economic boom in the 80's... Jim
