Terry,
Pretty good write-up on EOP and SPG. Funny thing is that these exact same 2 REITs were recommended a few weeks back by a major brokerage house if I recall correctly.

REITs are in the familiar oversold territory again. CEI looks like it wants to run, but I'm definitely waiting for the earnings report before touching this. I feel it is primed, but I'm too large in it to add to my position.
