Did you get your Iteris prospectus in the mail yet? Received mine yesterday. Odeta shareholders will receive 1.123 shares of ITER for each share of ODETA and ODETB. Distribution date is expected to be next week, March 16. It seems strange that the company has not issued a public PR with the spin-off date so close.

Glenn,
Would like your comments on my thoughts:

If you own ODETA at $20 tomorrow, and ITERAS prices at $14, you would own 1 share of ODETA at $6 and 1 ITERAS at $14 totaling $20 post split, right?

How do you think a short on ODETA PRIOR to the spinoff of ITERIS would be handled.
Let's say I was short 1000 shares of Odeta today at 20.

ODETA drops to $6 so I'm ok there ($14,000 profit), but wouldn't I automatically be short 1000 Iteras @ $14 thereby giving me a $14,000 obligation to buy back ITERAS? And what if ITERAS runs?

Could wind up being expensive for anyone short if the IPO is hot. Let's say ITERAS runs to $25, your up $14,000 on ODETA short, but negative $25,000 on ITERAS.

Also, when will shareholders issued ITERAS stock be able to short ITERAS to lock in profits (assuming IPO is strong)? If I'm issued shares at $14, but can't sell for 6 months, and ITERAS runs to $34, I'm going to want to short it to lock in my $20 profit. Might not be shortable right away.

Thanks

Dave
