If you are trying to imply that tens of thousands of democrats voted McCain in an effort to sabatoge Bush, I have to say that you have my pity. Gore may be a dufus, but Bush does (as you say) make the liberals deathly afraid (and rightly so, imo). They are afraid that if he were to win, he would bring the christian coalition into the white house, and neither the reformers, nor the independents, nor the dems want this, and this is exactly why they would show up in droves to vote against him, even if it means voting for a dufus like Gore. -enam
