Well said. Another possible bonus is the 5% interest in a shallow Texas gas play. One well is producing and a service rig should be on site now to test 3 zones in the 2nd well. Production on these wells is not on the scale of Ekho or TV scale, but due to their shallow depth, costs are lower and payback faster.
