Our speculative conclusion is that being a first (or at least early) mover in providing intelligent switches and end-to-end network man-agement for the new optical world is a powerful advantage. It could lead to dominant market share in the future. I totally agree with this statement. In my opinion, Nortel will be first to market with end-to-end network management for the optical network with OPTera and Packet Core. This will lead to dominant market share in the future. They will accomplish this in this year. Do you agree or disagree?
