DCF,

I did, it appears to me that he was responding to the question.

A lot of interesting, er discussion here. You would think that Bush and McCain were from different ends of the political spectrum.

Lets say SC and MI are null and void. There is no way that the tricks Bush pulled in SC are going to work on March 7th, and the same applies to McCain.

American loves an underdog, and this time they are looking for character. W is not perceived as having it and McCain is.

Every few years Americans want something different. They have had the shape-changing mush-ball Slick for 7 years and they don't want it anymore.

:And though Bush proved in
South Carolina that he can change his spots as
nimbly as Bill Clinton does, he must now show
that he can change them back--something that is
a good deal harder to do."

Again, I still not heard a single reason why W is the right choice. What is it, with some specifics, that is he going to do?

Have any of the hard-core Republicans talked to any moderate Republicans about who they like and why? How about talking to those sneaky Democrats for their views?

I have and what I am hearing is that no one wants Gore, and they are not too crazy about Bush. Try it.

SC is going to haunt him. Republicans alone don't make the decision, and McCain is going to win. Lets hope the damage they do to each other does not cost us four years of Gore.

Good Trading

TH

Judging by my correspondence, pal, many have, and have thanked me for revealing in devastating, fascinating, colorful, explicit detail, what they had only read about second-hand about the Death Star's scorched-earth policy in South Carolina. Sorry you're not up to it. I know it's been a long long while since you've read anything this long, but give it the old grade-school try, why don't you. It's not thathard, little fellah. There are some good Democratic-sponsored federal and state level programs that offer remedial reading for those such as yourself. Why don't you take another stab at it--you can do it, little fellah! There ya go! Good luck! VBG!
