I just got a whole helluva lot more enthusiastic about WEBS.

BD, your criticisms about WEBS can apply to any brokerage any time. Why would WEBS get such consistently high ratings if its services were so uniformly poor? Does that make any sense to you? I hear the same wide range of opinions about Datek, AmeriTrade, EGRP, Schwab, etc. A complaint here or here is just anecdotal evidence.
