Sommers,

We all will.

Do you have one yet? Wild little device. I have about 3MB software now loaded on mine, which by Palm standards is about 3GB in the bloated real world of PC's. The cordless Go!Type keyboard is great.

My Qualcomm "connectivity kit" with organizer for my new QCP 860 is due today. One thing I guarantee you is that I won't be doing any web surfing or e-mail with the 860 itself (without the Palm), with its smallish 5 line display and miniature buttons. As a handset, however, it is fine. With the extended lithium battery, which makes it about the same weight as my 3 year old QCP 800 "tank", it supposedly delivers 10 hours talk / 17 days standby. I also have the slim extended battery which adds another 3.5 hours talk and 5 days standby. Auxiliary charger handles all 3 components at once. It truly is a "thin phone" and without the batteries it fits very nicely in the breast pocket of a suit without causing a bulge.

Interesting, that BAM charges flat rate $9.95 for CDMA wireless web phone access (no other charges) in addition to their very good single rate plans. This charge is not necessarry if you are only using the phone as a modem for Palm or PC.

BTW: Glad I don't have to carry YOUR suitcase.
