all of them may have even better long-term fundamental growth characteristics than Westell; however the near-term risk components in all of them we believe are slightly higher than for Westell.

Typical Wall Street research. What the heck does that mean?!?!?! How can this guy claim that the other stocks are better long term, but Westell is better short term? If Westell's long term prospects are worse (his claim), why does he think Westell stock will go up in the near term at all?

Humph!! ONLY if WSTL's short term superiority is equated to the 10 years of DELL's short term growth superiority as the computer took off.

Still like WSTL, the former Tortoise,
Michael

P.S. How long before it passes AWRE?

Let me say this SCRAPPS, WDR has been a low-baller of WSTL since the 7's.

they just want to keep it close to vest as much as possible. they had a target of 14 while the stock raced beyond. Now they up the ante. Guess what?

They are still low-balling DSL revs. by some 30 to 50 m per annum. Just wait on that. WSTL should be triple digits.

Right along side AWRE, well ok below, but % should still favor WSTL. Next year, my best guess. I really only care that they both get there.
