Gary: It was the stockhouse.com article I was criticizing yesterday for reading more into the PALM filing statements about distribution than is warranted. The factors listed in the S-1/A that COMS will take into account before distribution are standard legal boiler plate lingo that I've seen in in every spin-off filing I've looked at. Either the PALM filing was the first the article author has ever read, or he/she was being deliberately misleading. I'm a bit relieved to see COMS taking a breather here, we still have a week to go and 8 point surges in COMS get me itching to hit the sell button, particularly on the options I'm sitting on! David T.
