I believe Keith has already calculated that iTech will own
approximately 0.7% of Medsite. So $5 or $50 millions will
depend on what the market values Medsite at.

If the market values Medsite at $714 million, then we should
end up with $5 million. If the market values Medsite at
$7 billion, we will end up with $50 million.

My personal guess is somewhere in between, perhaps very close
to the midpoint. However it will depend on many things, one
of them being the general market sentiment at the time of the IPO.

PS. Healtheon is currently worth $9.2 billion according to
yahoo. I'm hoping that Medsite is a worthy competitor.

EDIT:Also keep in mind that the payout is great, but the
beauty of the situation is how it illustrates the quality
of deals that are available to iTech through their
partnerships.
