I believe Keith has already calculated that iTech will own
approximately 0.7% of Medsite. So $5 or $50 millions will
depend on what the market values Medsite at.

If the market values Medsite at $714 million, then we should
end up with $5 million. If the market values Medsite at
$7 billion, we will end up with $50 million.

Is my math/assumption's wrong here. I've been thinking about
it and we probably won't have 0.7% after the IPO, will we?
Will some new shares be issued that will be sold to the public?
Thus some dilution to our 0.7%? If that is the case, then
you have to do the math simply with number of shares owned.

IE. For every ~$5 that Medsite goes up, iTech pockets $1 million.

Cheers,
Rob
