The other day someone mentioned that the houses may be trying to keep the price of iTech down below 3.00 to avoid the day traders. How would that be a benefit at this point? Curious.

I think that for the last 6 months we've been trying to put a numbers to the Medsite investment and now we have them (.7%/ 222000 shares). We calculated and came up with $5 per share. So the only numbers that really now matter are 222000 shares/ and $5. As our % ownership of Medsite won't really matter after further dilution (IPO).
