You said it!, and when all else fails, "I'm sorry Mr. Jordan, but all orders are executed on a best efforts basis". yeah, ok....BITE ME!!!!! The problem is that their customer base is growing so rapidly that they couldn't screw enough people to hurt themselves, and they know it. I do however, believe they are making concrete efforts to solve the dilemma. There was a time they could execute in a couple of minutes or less. If they are not back to that soon I'm gone to the best (better) competitor. These silly OSC rules don't help. (manual checking of orders) Hang in there, tj.
