These guys are brutal. uterly horrible. Anyone else find the same thing? 30 mins for my online orders to get looked at before they are sent. 15 - 20 mins on hold waiting for a broker if I want to place an order. Totally disgusting

Any comments??

I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Just my opinon.
