Microsoft is no Cisco.

I believe, BTW, that Yahoo will eventually surpass them both in market cap, just as Cisco is about to eclipse Microsoft.

After all, cisco and msft have propreitary products that cannot be duplicated in a week.

One of the "products" of Yahoo's efforts is a user base that really can't be duplicated in a week. CSCO and MSFT are not YHOO's either. It's easier comparing their market power than their business plans.
