Tex, I'm sneaking a peak at Aquila every now and then :-) The State of Wisconsin Retirement Board is certainly a good recommendation. Note that they're also the largest single investor in Gliatech as far as I know :-) As to those folks in Wisconsin knowing more about cows than anyone outside of Texas, I must disagree. The problem with the Texans is that they seem to be just pushing the cows around and turning them into steak in the end. These are dairy cows; they require much more delicate treatment :-) I'm a Dane and we've been doing this for a long time; we have a much more delicate touch and centuries of experience :-) Of course, a lot of those folks in Wisconsin originated from Scandinavia....
