Larry, the deal is bad. I'm sure PAIR had no choice. This company, from all the technical reports I've seen has THE BEST DSLAM unit out there. And this is in what will be one of the hottest sectors of the economy. Less than half a share of a company that is trading near it's all time high is laughable. Why don't I sell? I may sell some today, but I will definitely keep some because ADCT appears to be going higher. Simple as that. <which would have netted a 100% gain over the past year. Not bad in my book "pal"!> I agree. John
