This fits neatly into the scenario that I think is plausible here. I think MCI was interested in Avidia but didn't want to deal with lowly ol PAIR and her tired, burned out management team. So MCI and ADCT sit Chuckie and Pascoe down, tell 'em how it's gonna be from now on and hand them a couple bucks for their troubles. Who knows? I think PAIR coulda, shoulda been worth more but I'm sure there are things that happened that we'll never know. John
