OT The mother of all Indian ADRs -At $1.5 billion, it will be 'Zee biggest' issue THIS proposes to be the mother of all issues. Media company Zee Telefilms (ZTL) has decided to raise a head-banging $1.5bn through an issue of American Depository Shares. This will make the ZTL issue - whenever it is offered to overseas investors - the largest ever by an Indian company abroad, beating the next largest about three times over!
