I'm not so sure about that. They are not a new filer requiring an SB10 which might get lots of comments back from the SEC, and that is what takes the time, clearing the comments.

If they bring the filings current by early March, I think they have a fine chance of avoiding the pinks. Delisting date is March 24.

Katie, do you mind posting your two "hot" pinks.

I wouldn't say they are "hot" but I think they have potential if and when they come off the pinks. The first is KWIN. I bought it at about .20 cents before it went pink and decided to hold it until they come off the pinks. The second is LGOV. There are 3 SI threads on this one.
