Gersh it is done all the time. Usually they would manipulate the stock higher into option expiration and the next Monday the stock will drop several points.

What this means that the option writes are not buying back the stock that was assigned (the stock that was sold)due to option expiration.

Regardless MM are then manipulating the stock higher to write more option.

The best examples are on the NAZ

Gersh, i'm not 100% certain, but i don't think the sale would show up anywhere. as far as i know, the stock is simply transferred to the buyer of the call when it is called. presumably some of the shares that are called are subsequently sold however...
