Michael Watkins: Frankly, the service has declined ever since they lowered the price and the customer base started increasing dramatically...Feb 99. For a while I was one of the lucky ones that really did not have any problems. Heck, I was happy as a kid eating ice cream...really. I lost track of how many people I recommended to QCharts/QFeed....really! But then I started having the problem and nothing had changed with my setup....NOTHING! Slowly but surely the situation has gotten worse and worse. I have stopped complaining. Actually I recommend QCharts and QFeed to a few more Pmailers this weekend. Heck, I should be on the sales team...<g> Anyway...I really like the QChart software and QFeed when it works...heck I think when everything is working properly it is a great deal. The problem is it don't work so good anymore. I find it harder and harder to get charts, time & sales and level II to all load up when I click on a symbol. Sometimes it I just can't get the chart to come up! I suspect it is QFeed slow server response, but it could be a problem with the software, I don't know! Anyway I am hanging in there Quote.Com, paaalllleeeeessseee come through, please! I don't even won't to think about how much money this has cost me....<ng> Regards, LG
