Not that those complaints should be treated with disregard or are unfounded, BUT, that statistic does make me question the need - and force behind - a Congressional hearing. I went to see "Boiler Room" last night and, despite the "Hollywood element" complaints I might have, the subject matter was powerful and accurate. I applaud it for bringing to light that brokerage sector where some of the worst, recidivist - not to mention, in every sense of the word, "public" - abuses stem from. LPS5
