The first one would not surprise me as long as it doesn't resemble the AOL deal in any way, shape or form. As to the second, how could this be? Don't they need to get approval or something to draw down strategic stockpiles if we are not in a state of war? And how could they keep it secret with so many people knowing about it? Wouldn't just refining the stuff set off alarm bells as you can pretty much tell where the stuff came from due to composition? OTOH, that would make perfect sense, draw it down at 10 bucks a barrel and refill it at 25 or 30. -g-
