Tex, You've got to come out here and try it. Stop by the open range and pick up a few fresh ones on your way. We'll let them dry in the Sun for a day or two. Not too long or they burn too fast and you loose than tangy flavor..... Some of us poor folk can't afford the salmon and asparagus... I've got to add some flavor to my tough cuts somehow :-) Actually, you missed some very nice Shrimp Tempura yesterday. Nice and juicy. They grow ever so well on dried and irradiated sludge from sewage plants.... :-) There really is a Circle of Life you know.... Cheers, Torben
