Joe, What do you think about pretty pathetic performance of the new Cyrix processor Do you remember the terrible benchmarks Firing Squad published for K7 last spring? There is great risk in running benchmarks on beta silicon, with an unknown BIOS. MII ran clock for clock much faster than Celeron. Cyrix III is MII + L2 cache + fast FPU. I expect that it will be quite competitive performance wise for the low end, and will be extremely inexpensive. Scumbria
