Jim, As soon as the capital comes in for their expansion program we will begin to see the plan develop. The big boys will want to see this trade on the National Market when they take a piece of the pie. Once some of the investment bankers see the whole business plan and the possibilities for Qinnet they will be knocking the door down trying to get something signed. It won't take long for these people to see a golden dragon they can pick up at a steal. Cheers, Chainsaw
