Auric,

If you are so well connected, you would have had one of your lackeys contact the company and ask about the 8-K. We both know a simple call to the company would put your fears to rest. Like I said earlier, 8-K's don't always get filed immediately. I am not worried. They have always filed them in the past, although some have taken a few weeks.

And as for roll-out to China (you must admit the deal is real, as it was reported not only by Cyber-Care, but by the Hong Kong papers also, and the stock price of SIIC benefitted that same day in a difficult HK market), what better partner to have in the region than the Shanghai Government!

I am sure that Nortel, Qualcomm and many, many other companies have resolved these roll-out issues, and why should Cyber-Care be any different.

Politics and the WTO aside, a China deal like this for Cyber-Care is a major coup, and not to be taken lightly.

Practically every US companies worth it's salt is trying to penetrate that market, and Cyber-Care, potentially partnered with Nortel, has gained a foothold. No guarantees that it will be easy, but they are in, none the less, and have guarantees from SIIC for the sale of 60,000 units over 4 years.

I too await the 8-K, but you can verify the validity of the contract from many sources if you so choose.

Auric,

Give it a break, the only thing that smells bad around here are your foul tactics of wanting to scare people out of their money.

The 8-K will come,.... like I said this deal is with one of the largest companies in Hong Kong. Large blue chip multi-national Hong Kong companies don't have a habit of breaking their deals, and they have already announced the deal.

Still no word from you about the fact that the system has been ordered by the state of Florida and the state of Iowa has tested it for 2 years and have stated it cuts health care costs by 36%!!

By the way have you covered yet?

I can't wait till CYBR hits $100 dollars and they have orders from the DOD, etc...I will be posting on all the other threads you short about what you used to say about CYBR. Your own reputation will destroy you!!
