BuzzVA--Apparently, QSTI had been working on the filing diligently, but discovered too late that they had been given the wrong deadline info. by the NASD people, hence the E will be attached for maybe 2-6 weeks. Was assured by M. Russo that the paperwork will be filed early this week. Anyway, looks like the E is already reflected in the price. Should be a non-issue soon. Russo also says major financing is nearly completed and other news to be out soon. Let's hope it takes us where we want to go this time.
