Mike, You're right of course, guess I'm having a bad hair day. I have been lurking for a long time and very much appreciate the time and effort you, C C, Denise, Barry, Len and all have put into this thing. Didn't mean for my first post since last May to be such a downer. No I won't sell you my shares, nor will I vote against the deal. I have now stood in front of the mirror and given myself a good talking to. My solution of course is to again disable my keyboard and wait for NSI to come into it's own. Sorry if venting my frustration caused you folks any discomfort as I do appreciate your efforts and would not have hung in here so long without them.
