>>No I won't sell you my shares, nor will I vote against the deal.<<

I believe that that is a wise move. Not because some people (myself included <gg>)jumped on you for your post, but because of the potential that is now here.

I remember the day we both bought shares in this stock (and at what price as well). I promise you that the company that we bought into was just a shell of the company it is now. I feel that they are so close to breaking out and realizing that potential. I also believe that when they do, they will blow a lot of people away with what they have been able to pull off.

I understand your frustration, I really do. Although for anyone who feels as I do - that they are close to making it all happen, it may be tough but in a down draft . . . "the best time to buy is when others are selling".

Hi GJP;
I can understand your frustration as well....I have days like that,especially when we see investors ignoring value and "jumping on every bandwagon in sight".I too hold a big position in NSI, and hate to see a short-term erosion in the value of my investment It is hard to keep your eye on the ball when that happens, and that is the most likely time to lose out.

As I stated in my post yesterday, this stock will come alive in a big way once we see announcements of revenue-based contracts....and I am willing to predict that we will very soon see significant deals inked.

Keep the faith!!!!
