I'm not sure about English as a second language, Binx. It may be someone in the office who aspires to be an ad copywriter. Notice the stolen bigger-is-better line. And the ad seems to be trying to create mood, since you really can't tell what the damn job is for.

In this case, the person better hold onto his/her normal day job.

SNDK can be forgiven for any errors in semantics. Main thing is they are hiring, which means that business must be picking up. Or maybe it means that business has picked up already, and they are in a panic to find skilled workers, so much of a panic that no one has time to worry about the exact wording of the ad copy. Onward! Art
