Jeff, I agree with you about the stripes. They make it visually very difficult to quickly scan a list. I mentioned the problem earlier also, and also without a response. It's a problem that should be resolved, since it's one of the most unClassic features on the new Classic version -- and my recollection is that we were promised a new version would be very close to the old version. Adding an option to remove the stripes would be ideal. Justin
