Jack/anyone,

Does anyone have any experience with these last minute types of lawsuits against a company on the verge of an IPO that's very very pregnant (ie imminent)?

Will the IPO be held up, or before the IPO can commence, does this have to be added to the "RISKS" section, or pending litigation section?

If this is true, then huge damages and back/future royalties could be due.

Now....I personally (although I have not seen the suit) doubt the merits of this are substantial (timing tells me that....), but it certainly has my attention if I am going to get IPO stock and it adds to my financial risk.

Comments?

Steve
