I recall Doc from Florida mentioning a couple of months ago in a discussion that their capital gains was at 75 % and as I recall that structure equated to ours. I wonder if your capital gains is a fed tax vs. state tax. Anyhow snake, I know that you as an ex-pat Canadian fully understand our joy at seeing onerous Canadian taxes at least heading in the right direction. We've been beat up for many years. Canada, it would appear is becoming "open for business" finally ( vis. a vis. Ontario and Alberta who are seriously pro-active in tax reduction). Good to hear from yah. I peek over your shoulder periodically on SI and know you have been doing very well. Glad to see you're staying the course on Jordy, through this year the best is yet to come. Regards
C
