A few more reminders from Putnam:

Question: " What are the chances of one of the semi conductor giants having MicroOS embedded on their chips? "

The answer was: " That's part of making EDIG a standard out there. If we are successful at that it goes a long way to getting that for the MicroOS. We are working with at this point, several companies who are very interested in doing that. And we are interested in making that happen. "

Equity investors.

EDIG has had discussions and is having discussions with companies. But they need to be carefull because EDIG is positioning themselves to be format or standard agnostic without choosing sides. They are looking for companies that have a global reach and understanding of where hand held devices are going to go and not taking sides on standards.

This calendar year, 2000, will be a blow out year for EDIG as far as revenue generation and start to fulfill the promise of EDIG that everyone is expecting.

EDIG has had good luck in getting new engineers in the last 2 to 3 months because of what they are working on and who they are working with. They have been attracting engineering talent. A lot of the engineers have sought out EDIG to be involved in the ground floor of something that can be very large.

At this time there have been some OEMs who have expressed an interest in using e.Digital?s name on the product. EDIG is interested in doing that.

Waves of news will come when content is released from the music labels.

Maycom is a manufacturer of 2 or 3 different music players. They have introduced EDIG's reference design to several of the companies that they are dealing with. As well as one that they are looking to do deals with. Those talks are progressing.

EDIG is working with several OEMs. Some of them are consumer electronics companies and some aren't even in consumer electronics that are looking at bringing out a branded internet music player and use it as a way to go after the 18 to 30 year old market.
They've had great meetings with several companies over the past several months.

Since the first of the year, EDIG has been talking with many brokers, institutional funds and analysts that are very interested in EDIG and what they do plus the companies they are working with.
They will have the ability to hopefully take EDIG to not only the next level but hopefully several levels above.

In other words, those of you sitting on the fence, even if it is the fence on top of the Green Monster at Fenway Park in Boston, will see the EDIG ball hit way over your head when the institutional investors come to the plate, spelled N-A-S-D-A-Q
