Larry, quite possibly the downgrade is working hand in hand with the news you quote. In fact, it may have inspired the downgrade. HOWEVER, people don't seem to have gotten the news that you pointed to, BUT HAVE heard about the downgrade. Interesting conundrum...chicken and egg.
I opt for the downgrade, particularly when the NYTimes listed CNXT this AM as fallind DUE TO a DOWNGRADE.
When you consider the vast amount of small investor selling that took place, you have to question whether these investors knew about the QCOM deal, or got the news of a downgrade.

I'm not doubting your news....just the cause and effect that took place. Most people seem less concerned with the news, since it is a pretty common occurrence in this industry, to trade off suppliers.
