Hi Roy

I find cert things troubling here -

**First - "The Company will also increase the pace of development of its patent- pending method for prolonging the lifetimes of fragrances, sunblocks, lotions and other cosmetic products. Manufacturers of such products have already indicated considerable interest."
This little innovation seems like a waste of time to me. The idea behind each of these products is that the customer uses them quickly and then buys more - Wouldn't a product that prolong the lifetime of cosmetics and things mean less sales for these companies??? What am I missing??

**Second - What do you think about this?? I didn't find anything that says what these shares will be used for. I am assuming more financing. Would be nice if they were expecting a huge run-up and needed to split the stock - lol) "In other news, the Company announced that at its February 23, 2000 Meeting, the Board of Directors approved a recommendation to shareholders to increase the authorized common stock to 50,000,000 shares"

And finally - WHEN, WHEN, WHEN!!!! "Commenting on the new capital, Dr. Gilbert V. Levin, Company President and Director of the Biotechnology Division, said, "Our Biotechnology Division has been extremely productive over the past two years. However, we have had to do our inventing and development on a shoestring. With the infusion of this new capital, we now have the muscle to bring our ideas to market."

Any comments and thoughts in sorting out this information would be appreciated.

Thanks
