yeah, but if they plant rice till hell freezes over, we loose many sales of mobile phones. Not to mention that they might go with Europe and leave the US(QCOM) shut out. But I agree, if they are trying to get into WTO, this is kinda a bad way to do it. I realy don't think the communist leadership knows how to do business like gentlemen; it's in their blood(so to speak, no offense intended) to jam their way down everyone else's throats. Lastly, China should remain out of the QCOM valuation equation until it is a completely done deal. No sooner.

To kill millions of innocent Chinese people and have millions of your own people killed. for what? to save a few Taiwanese politicians' skin? That's not the way gentlemen doing business either.
