Dale, you're jumping the gun here, Cook's interest is for the welfare of the company. He is exercising his 4 million shares to inject $28 million into the company. Stock price doesn't affect the company's immediate operation, cash does. Sure he will dump those shares on the market. But look at the bright side: (1) the company gains $28 M, (2) Cook pockets a few hundred $million, (3) richie kid and 2weeks.com are not complaining either. So what's the problem? Regards, Tom
