Jim Willie, I got plenty of questions... (V knows that's for sure.) I've learned basic TA such as Stochastics, MACD, moving averages, and several pictures such as cup and handle, pennant shaped, double top/bottom, head and shoulders, etc. Question 1: Do you ever paste links to charts when you do your TA here? Question 2: Which charts do you use? SI's? Question 3: I know the basic index tickers for SI's charts such as $INDU for the Dow, $COMPX for the Naz, $IIX for the internet index, etc. What are some of the others you use? Volitility, Treasuries, Currency, Crude Oil, etc? Question 4: Any good links? Books? Thanks, ClaptonsGuitar

Free Willie, What's the scoop on the NAZ? Got legs? How bout the S&P & our favorite stock QCOM? Any thoughts on why the NAZ ran, yet we stalled today with seemingly copious quantities of good news? What "wicked challenging economic reads coming up next few months"??? Any thoughts on whether they raise rates at the next FOMC? Give it up! Inquiring minds want to know. "humor me .. (with) some wicked challenging economic reads coming up next few months" Ok (i.e. ask you something tough concerning the economy). Here is my quandary. I have been expecting another January type of downturn coming within the next few weeks. Definitely before April and tax time. But V says our 'capsule' is over - I assume he means it gets better from here on out. I am torn. Buy now? Or wait until the next big fire sale. What's your take oh master of the TA a.k.a. chart wiz. What do you see over the next 2-3 weeks? What about 1-2 months? The NAZ in general - not any specific stock.
