George W. is actually a terrific communicator when he gets away from his prepared text. During the question and answer session here in Tacoma Wa. he was excellent.

Bill,

I think Shrub! is becoming a better communicator, I watched his speech this morning and he seemed very engaging. Is he slick? No. But I think he has a warmth and friendliness that comes across and that should serve him well.
