often old people or their family members call in to complain about a stock pick that went bad

Cobalt,

Hmmm.... I don't remember hearing too many of those people calling in, and I'm a pretty regular listener. But hey... no one twists their arm and he uses his disclamatory introduction so caveat emptor.

Ed Handley and U Dee Chang are the ones I really enjoy listening to on that station. I hardly even listen to my old classic rock FM stations... :0)

I take it you are in the DC area also so you know what I'm talking about?

Not sure about your QCOM pick though. Until this China WTO mess is resolved, Bejing will likely continue to use CDMA as a bargaining chip, delaying its deployment. And from the way Gore promised the union leadership that he would renegotiate the WTO agreement if elected president, it could be some time. RMBS has been huge, but eventually the short sellers will come back in droves to try and recoup some of their losses from this mega-squeeze.

Regards,

Ron
