Thanks Richard for your reply. Maybe we will get a confirmation for this theory. I shouldn't be wondering. CHIP is really interesting to me. I own this stock since few months. I bought in @$0,02 and i cant see any reason to sell.
In addition usually i am also going to www.insidertrader.com to watch 144filings but i miss the full 144filing there. In some cases i would like to read the whole filing but without paid of course. Anyway thanks again. I did read your postings on this board and on the CHIP board during the last time. I enjoy it. I wish you the best.

Can anyone explain this theory to me? 144's are sometimes good? Why would he sell if he knew something good might be in the works? Thanks
