Steve, Wow!, I feel uncomfortable having only 4 years worth of data so far to base my statistical analysis on. Isn't using only one month's data a bit like trying to walk a straight line while watching your feet? PS - some of my data is antebellum - the bellum being the Gulf War - but my antediluvian data is more recent if that refers to Hurricane Floyd. Fortunately, I'm west of the areas that got hit with the flooding. Good luck.
