Karrox ties up with US Univ for e-MBA Mumbai-based Karrox Technologies Ltd and Unexus University, Canada have announced a tie-up to offer the E-MBA programme in India. Karrox has already commenced registrations in India for the E-MBA programme, which has been announced internationally by Unexus university. Any VSNL Internet subscriber can now apply for a Standard Chartered Gold Global Credit Card on line and would be given 25 hours of Internet time free (nominal value Rs 550). Compaq's own incubator for Net start-ups Compaq Computer (India) Pvt Ltd plans to set up an incubator centre in India to offer both consultancy and service to Indian Internet start-up firms. The centre, proposed to become operational in the third quarter of this year, will offer a range of services from business analysis, investment strategy, arranging venture capital to marketing and PR, infrastructure and other Internet strategies to the start-up firms, said Mark Manners, director - business development, Compaq Asia Pacific. To set up the centre, the company is in engaged in talks with Internet service providers (ISPs). The proposed Indian centre, Manners told reporters in Chennai, will be a replica of the Singapore and Korean centres. However, the investment details, he added, have not been finalised yet. Bradma is IBM Asean partner IBM has nominated Bradma of India as its Asean Business partner and awarded it with solution provider excellence award.
